House rules
We are glad to welcome you to Arctic Log Cabins!
Please, get ready for vacation by checking our house rules:
Check-in is possible from 16:00. Check-out before 11:00. We use lock-boxes next to the entrance door for key delivery. Code is sent to you 24h prior your arrival by email or SMS.
Please request early check-in or late check-out at least 24 hours before your arrival. A €20 additional fee applies.
Bed linen & towels are included in the reservation price based on the number of guests
declared during the booking process.
Free parking is available on site! There is enough space for 1-2 cars in front of your cottage.
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00. During this time please avoid behaviour that may disturb other guests nearby.
Pets are allowed upon request with an additional charge of €25 per pet. The maximum number of pets per cabin is 3.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Penalty 200 EUR.
Parties/events inside the cottage are not allowed.
Please, take good care of your cabin and its furniture. In case of any damage we will have to charge the guests for broken items.
If you occupy more than one cabin and move items between them, please return everything to its original location before departure.
Before departure, please:
- Strip the beds and leave the linens in a pile
- Take out the garbage to a nearby waste bin
- Load the dishes into the dishwasher and start the shortest program
- Switch off all lights
- Ensure the sauna stove and cooking stove are turned off
- Lock the door
- Leave the key in the key box.
