Your self-service check-in
Enjoy a convenient self-service arrival. Your cottage key is in the key lock box next to the entrance door.

Receive your code
The four-digit code for the key lock box is sent through your booking channel or by SMS 24 hours before your arrival. Please check your messages before travelling.

Collect your key
The key lock box is next to the cottage entrance. Open it with the four-digit code sent to you.
Please note: your Booking.com reservation PIN is not the key lock box code.

Keep the key safe
We recommend leaving the key in the key lock box whenever you leave the cottage and lock the door.
Please take good care of the key. If you accidentally lock yourself out and leave the key inside, you can get a key from the spare key lock box. If you have any problems, contact our customer service team – we’re only a phone call away.
